So, you've just come out of cryogenic stasis and the first thing you notice is that the world is freezing cold! Okay, not as cold as a stasis chamber, but that stuff will keep you nice and chilly for awhile, so you should bundle up with a standard issue Fallout Vault-Tec knit hat! It was sure nice of Vault-Tec to leave such nice hats lying around, and they come in the Vault Boy colors everyone loves. That's a big +1 to charisma. We can't help you with the mess outside the vault, though. There's raiders everywhere and they're all vicious and armed, and then there's Deathclaws and Super Mutants and... anyway, at least your head will be warm! - Knit Hat
